1 liter of boiling water

1 cup of Epsom salts (optional, for extra muscle relaxation)

5 drops of rosemary essential oil (optional, to intensify the effect)

Preparation:
Rosemary infusion: Boil the water and add the rosemary leaves. Let it steep for 15-20 minutes to release its properties.

Strain the mixture and pour it into the bathtub with warm water (not too hot to avoid irritation).

Add Epsom salts and essential oil if you want to enhance the relaxing effect.

Soak for 20-30 minutes, gently massaging the sore areas.
