1. Grilled Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients:
6-8 chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken drumsticks in a resealable plastic bag or a bowl, and pour the marinade over them. Coat the drumsticks evenly, then marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
