Golden meat pies: delicious and easy-to-prepare bites

Preparation
1. Preparing the filling:
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.

2. Cooking the meat:
Add the ground meat and cook, breaking it up, until it is well browned and cooked through. Drain off any excess fat if necessary.

3. Season:
Stir in the tomato purée, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.

4. Add the herbs and the egg:
Once lukewarm, incorporate the chopped parsley and half of the beaten egg (reserve the other half to brush the puff pastry).

5. Preheat the oven:
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
