Golden meat pies: delicious and easy-to-prepare bites

500g of minced (lean) meat

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 cloves of chopped garlic

1 tablespoon of tomato paste

1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon of salt (adjust to your taste)

½ teaspoon dried oregano

1 beaten egg (for sealing and glazing)

2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

2 sheets of frozen puff pastry, thawed

1 tablespoon of oil for frying

Optional: sesame or poppy seeds for decoration
