Garlic: A Natural Antibiotic to Fight Bacteria and Infections

 

This preparation is simple, economical and makes the most of the properties of garlic combined with other natural ingredients.

Ingredients:
10 fresh garlic cloves (preferably organic).

200 ml of pure honey (antibacterial and healing).

1 tablespoon of grated ginger (anti-inflammatory).

½ lemon (source of vitamin C).

1 sterilized glass jar with lid.

Step-by-Step Preparation:

Peel and crush the garlic: Lightly crush it to activate the allicin. Avoid cooking it, as heat reduces its properties.

Mix with honey: Place the garlic cloves in the jar and cover them completely with honey. This liquid will act as a natural preservative.

Add ginger and lemon: Incorporate ginger and lemon juice to enhance the immune-boosting effect.

Resting: Close the jar and let it macerate in a dark place for 3 days before consumption.
