For the “Rice” Layer:
· 6 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal, divided
· 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
· 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
· Cooking spray or extra butter for greasing
For the Filling & Assembly:
· 1 package (8-12 count) Fruit Roll-Ups or Fruit by the Foot (any red or pink color works best for a “fish” look)
· 1-2 packages of gummy worms or gummy fish
· Optional: Powdered sugar, for dusting (to look like “wasabi”)
· Optional: Green fruit leather or green Tootsie Rolls, for shaping into “avocado” or “wasabi”
