Ingredients for preparing Cheese Flan
: 300g cream cheese,
700g sweetened condensed milk,
1/2 liter milk,
5 eggs,
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract,
sugar.

How to Prepare Cheesecake Flan:
The first thing we’re going to do is make the caramel for the flan. To do this, simply put sugar in a saucepan and heat it until it melts; the result is caramel. Before it sticks to the pan, we need to transfer it to the flan mold. Once in the mold, we’ll spread it over the bottom and sides, ensuring the entire mold is coated with caramel to some extent.

We’ll use a blender to mix the cheese, both types of milk, the eggs, and the vanilla extract. We’ll pour the mixture into the mold.
