Cheese Flan

 

Chocolate and Maria Cookie Cake,
Three Chocolate Mousse Cake.
Choose a baking dish large enough to hold the mold, as we will be baking it in a water bath. Place the water bath in the oven and preheat to 170°C (340°F) for 40-50 minutes. The time may vary; test the flan with a skewer or toothpick. When it comes out clean, the flan is ready.

We let the flan cool and unmold it.

Those with a sweet tooth can eat it with whipped cream, which is really good.
