Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
200g plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
A handful of fresh fruit (e.g. blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

Mix the chia seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds in a bowl. You can lightly toast them in a dry pan to bring out the full flavour, but it is not necessary.
Add plain yoghurt to the bowl of seeds and mix well.
If you prefer a sweeter version, add a teaspoon of honey.
Mix everything together and top with your favourite fresh fruit.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so the seeds can absorb the liquid and swell, increasing their nutritional value.
