When visible veins are completely normal

Several factors can explain why your blood vessels become more visible, but this is not necessarily a cause for concern:

Genetics: Fair or very thin skin often makes veins more visible.
Low body fat percentage: Thin or athletic people have less adipose tissue to obscure the presence of veins.
