8 nutrients needed to dissolve blood clots instantly!
5. Bromelain.
This enzyme, found primarily in pineapple, breaks down fibrin and reduces inflammation. Fresh pineapple contains small amounts, but dietary supplements provide a more concentrated dose with therapeutic benefits.
6. Magnesium.
Magnesium reduces blood pressure, platelet adhesion, and slows fibrin formation. It also helps balance calcium levels, preventing excessive clotting and promoting clotting when needed. Good sources of magnesium include leafy green vegetables, pumpkin seeds, avocado, black beans, and dark chocolate.
7. Fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids).
Omega-3 fatty acids improve circulation, lower triglyceride levels, and reduce inflammation. The best sources are wild salmon, flax seeds, and walnuts. The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends supplementing with 1,000–3,000 mg of EPA/DHA daily.
8. Berberine.
Berberine, found in many plants, reduces platelet aggregation and fibrinogen levels, while protecting blood vessels from inflammation. It does not dissolve existing blood clots, but it effectively prevents the formation of new ones.
Always consult your doctor before starting any new supplements, especially if you are taking blood thinners or have any health problems.
