Ingredients:
1 egg,
vanilla sugar
, 80g sugar
, 60ml oil,
120ml milk
, 180g flour,
2 tsp baking powder (10g),
3 tbsp caramel chips.
Instructions:
In a large bowl, beat the egg with the vanilla sugar and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the oil and milk to the bowl and continue whisking until well combined.
Sift the flour and baking powder into the wet mixture and gently stir until a smooth batter forms. Be careful not to overmix the batter, as this will make it too stiff.
