– 1 small shallot, finely chopped
– 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, mustard, and vegetable broth until smooth.
Add the cider vinegar, honey, olive oil, and lemon juice, and mix well.
Season with salt, sugar, and pepper.
Stir in the finely chopped shallot and fresh chives.
