Preparation:
1. Heat the milk in a saucepan until it reaches about 45 °C (warm, not hot).
2. Add the powdered milk and sugar, stirring until completely dissolved.
3. Add the natural yogurt and mix well with a whisk until combined.
4. Divide the mixture into clean glass jars and seal them.
5. Place the jars inside a yogurt maker or a sealed container and cover them with a blanket to keep them warm.
6. Let them rest for 8 to 10 hours without moving them.
7. After this time, store the yogurts in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before consuming.
8. If you want a thicker texture, you can strain them through cheesecloth for a few hours in the refrigerator.
