
The easiest sausage balls to prepare
Ingredients:
1 lb ground sausage,
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese,
3 cups flour
, 1/2 cup milk
, 1 teaspoon pepper to taste.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, use your hands to mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Shape into 1 to 1 1/2 balls, pressing them together to help them hold their shape, and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges and tops are golden brown. Enjoy!
