Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of dried rosemary (or 1 handful of fresh rosemary)
120 ml of extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:

Gently heat the olive oil (without boiling).
Add the rosemary and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Let cool, strain, and store in a glass jar.
Massage 1 tablespoon of the oil onto sore knees, legs, or joints each evening.

1 teaspoon of dried rosemary,
250 ml of hot water.
