Rotel Sausage Balls with Cream Cheese

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, cheddar, Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
Scoop out the sausage mixture and form balls 2.5 to 4.5 cm (1 to 1.5 inches) in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
