Ingredients:

2 cloves of chopped garlic

10 whole cloves

½ cup of olive or coconut oil

Preparation:

Heat the oil gently in a saucepan (without boiling).

Add the chopped garlic and cloves.

Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

Let it cool and strain the mixture.

Directions for use:
Massage the oil into the soles, heels, and arches of your feet, especially before bed.
Put on cotton socks to retain warmth and allow the oil to work overnight.

✅ 2. Foot bath with garlic and cloves
Ingredients:

3 crushed garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of ground cloves

1 liter of hot water

Preparation:

Combine the ingredients in a basin.

Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes, until the water is lukewarm.

Soak your feet for 20–30 minutes.
