My sister-in-law made it one day and I couldn’t stop eating it. I was completely hooked. If I make it myself, it’ll be gone in no time, so I don’t dare. It’s so good

Optional garnish:

Fresh parsley

Extra Parmesan

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the pasta.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the pasta shells and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.

Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Sear the steak pieces
Heat the olive oil and 3 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the steak pieces and sear them for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked to your liking.

Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Prepare the garlic butter sauce.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the chopped garlic to the pan. Stir constantly for 1 minute.

Add the Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Let the flavors blend.

Step 4: Preparing the creamy Parmesan sauce
. Reduce the heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, gradually whisk in the heavy cream until smooth.
Stir in the grated Parmesan until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.

Step 5: Mix the steak and pasta.
Mix the cooked pasta shells in the creamy parmesan sauce until evenly coated.

Gently return the seared steak pieces to the pan, allowing them to absorb the sauce.

Step 6: Serve
. Divide into plates or bowls.

Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
