Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
In a bowl, beat the yolks until stiff, then add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and herbes de Provence.
Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes .
🧀Step 2: Fill and roll
Turn the hot sponge cake out onto a damp cloth and remove the baking paper.
Let it cool, then spread the tomato sauce over it , sprinkle with mozzarella and sliced ham .
Carefully roll it up lengthwise, tightly.
🔥Step 3: Bake and enjoy!
Cut the roll into slices of about 2 cm. Arrange them on a baking sheet lightly oiled with 1 tbsp. of olive oil .
Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes to melt the cheese and make the roll slightly crispy.
