Set aside 4 whole strawberries for decoration.
Blend the remaining strawberries with an immersion blender (or standard blender) until smooth.
In a bowl, mix the blended strawberries with the yogurt and vanilla sugar until well combined.
Pour the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
Garnish each with a whole strawberry.
Chill briefly if desired, or serve immediately!
