1 piece of fresh ginger (about 2 cm), grated or thinly sliced,
500 ml of water.
Optional: 1 teaspoon of honey or a squeeze of lemon juice.
Preparation:
Heat the water until it boils.
Add the cloves and ginger. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Remove from the heat, add the tea bag, and let it steep for 2-3 minutes.
Strain, serve, and enjoy!
