Preparation:
Wash all the ingredients.
Blend until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Take on an empty stomach, 2–3 times per week.
4. Natural cough syrup
Ingredients:
5 fresh Kalanchoe leaves
250 ml of pure honey
Juice of 1 lemon
Preparation:
Crush the leaves and extract their juice.
Mix it with the honey and lemon juice.
Store in a dark glass jar in the refrigerator.
