How to make oregano tea
Ingredients:
1–2 teaspoons of fresh or dried oregano leaves
1 cup of hot (but not boiling) water
Optional: lemon, honey or ginger.
Instructions:
Boil water and pour it over the oregano.
Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
Strain and drink warm, ideally 15-30 minutes before breakfast.
