Just milk and fruit! A healthy and delicious dessert, without gelatin! Ready in 5 minutes.

Preparation:
Preparing the fruit:
Peel and slice the tangerines.
Peel and slice the kiwis.
Peel and slice the persimmons.
Peel and slice the grapefruit.
Core and slice the apple.
Peel and slice the banana.
Prepare the agar-agar mixture:
In a small bowl, mix 8 g of agar-agar with 50 ml of water.
Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the agar-agar is completely dissolved.
Mix the dairy products:
Heat 350 ml of milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add 200 g of unsweetened condensed milk and let it boil for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and quickly stir in 200 g of heavy cream or yogurt until smooth.
Mix and shape:
Add the dissolved agar-agar mixture to the milk mixture, stirring constantly.
Quickly fold in the prepared fruit to distribute it evenly. Pour the mixture into a mold (approximately 1.5 liters). Yogurt Smoothies
Cooling:
Keep the dessert refrigerated until completely chilled and firm. Ensure it retains its shape.
Serving:
Once firm, unmold and cut into portions.
