To combine the ingredients: Mix the cooked meat and vegetables with the egg mixture in a bowl.
To assemble the casserole: Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 23×33 cm baking dish. Top with provolone cheese.
To bake: Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
