To make the sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring constantly. Simmer for a few minutes until the mixture thickens slightly. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Toss and cook: Return the cooked pasta and browned sausage to the pan, tossing to combine. Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
