Instructions:
Place the leaves in a tea infuser or directly in a cup.
Pour boiling water over it and let it stand for 10–15 minutes.
Strain carefully through a fine sieve to remove fine leaf hairs.
Drink 1 to 2 times a day to soothe the respiratory tract and relieve inflammation.
