ICED COCONUT CAKE

Ingredients:
▫️3 eggs
▫️1/2 cup of oil
▫️1 cup of sugar
▫️1 cup of milk
▫️2 cups of wheat flour
▫️1 tablespoon of yeast

🔶HOW TO PREPARE
– Beat the eggs very well with a whisk, then add the oil and sugar and beat again. Then add the milk and mix, then the sifted wheat flour, mix again and add the yeast.

– Should I pour the batter into a larger buttered tin than 28×18 so the cake doesn’t get as tall as mine? Bake in a preheated medium oven (200°C/400°F) for about 40 minutes or until baked.

FOR THE SYRUP THAT WILL SOAK THE CAKE: 🥥

1 cup of coconut milk
▫️1 to 3 cups of coconut milk (depending on whether we want it just moist or moist)
▫️Condensed milk to taste
