How to Make Homemade Bread in a Blender
Preparation
In a blender, combine the warm milk, oil, eggs, salt, sugar, and yeast. Blend for about 2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth.
Pour that mixture into a large bowl and gradually add the flour, mixing with a spoon or spatula. You’ll get a thick, slightly sticky dough that’s easy to handle.
With lightly floured hands, form small balls or pour the dough directly into individual molds or a greased loaf pan. Fill the molds halfway, as the dough will rise considerably.
Cover with a clean tea towel and let it rest for 30 to 45 minutes in a warm place, until the dough has doubled in size.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Once they have risen well, put them in the oven and cook for 20 to 30 minutes, until they are golden brown on top and cooked through.
Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes and carefully unmold.
Tips
You can brush them with egg yolk and a splash of milk before baking to give them more shine.
If you want to vary them, add seeds on top, some grated cheese, or even pieces of cooked ham.
You can also divide the dough into small portions and freeze them raw, to bake when you need freshly made bread.
