
Fluffy and Fluffy Pancakes
Cooking :
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with a little butter or oil.
Pour a small ladleful of batter for each pancake. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute.
Enjoy while hot:
Serve your pancakes piping hot, with maple syrup, honey, fresh fruit, jam or even a touch of melted chocolate.
