Discovering the invisible enemy: Early symptoms of stomach cancer

 

The presence of blood in the stool, whether visible or detected in a laboratory test, can be a sign of stomach cancer. Dark, tarry stools can also indicate the presence of digested blood.

Abdominal pain:

Persistent or recurring abdominal pain, especially in the upper abdomen, can be a warning sign of stomach cancer.
