Crispy pork with baked potatoes: a perfect combination for a special dinner

Preparation

Let’s start by slicing the pork into fillets and making cuts in them to prevent them from shrinking. Then, in a bowl, mix the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, baking powder, and cornstarch. Add the pork to the mixture and make sure each fillet is well coated.

On the other hand, we cut the potatoes into boat shapes and season them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then, we bake them at 180-190°C for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Once ready, we sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

While the potatoes are baking, heat a skillet with vegetable oil and fry the meat for 1-2 minutes per side. Then, add the minced garlic, ground ginger, honey, and the additional 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Fry for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
