Cinnamon mixed with cloves is a secret I wish I’d known sooner!

 

For a quick version, mix 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon with a pinch of ground cloves. Pour hot water over it, stir, and you’re done.
Drink this infusion once or twice a day for up to one week. As with any natural remedy, it shouldn’t be overused: its warming effect can irritate the stomach if you have a sensitive stomach.
