As the disease progresses, it can cause  constant or sharp pain  in the  lower back or pelvis . This symptom may indicate that the cancer has spread to nearby tissues.

6.  Unexplained weight loss

Rapid and unintentional weight loss is   a sign that can accompany  many types of cancer , including bladder cancer.
This is usually because the body  uses more energy  fighting the cancer cells.


7.  Chronic fatigue and weakness

Cancer can affect red blood cell production and cause  anemia , which results in  constant tiredness, lack of energy, and difficulty concentrating .

8.  Swelling in the legs or feet

When cancer blocks the normal flow of urine or affects the lymph nodes, it can cause  fluid retention  and  swelling  in the lower extremities.

9.  Bone pain or discomfort in other parts of the body

In advanced stages, bladder cancer can  spread (metastasize)  to the bones or other organs, causing  persistent pain or localized discomfort .

If you suffer from  frequent urinary tract infections  that do not improve with usual treatments, it may be a sign of  a more serious underlying cause , such as bladder cancer.
