
Banana crepes
Preparation:
Place the sliced bananas, eggs, milk, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan.
Pour in a small ladleful of batter and cook each pancake for 1 to 2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Repeat until all the batter is used.
Serve warm with honey, maple syrup, or fresh fruit.
