3 medium potatoes (approximately 600g)
Salt as desired
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
100g of finely grated mozzarella
Hot peppers as desired (or chili powder)
7 tablespoons of potato starch (or cornstarch)
Chopped fresh parsley as desired
Grated Parmesan cheese as desired
Instructions
for preparing potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into evenly sized sticks, not too thin to prevent them from breaking during cooking.
Pre-cooking
