The crossroads of two paths: truth or lie?
A young woman stands at a crossroads. One path leads to safety, the other to a dead end. On each path, a stone is engraved with a word: “truth” or “lie.” There are no other clues, and she doesn’t know who to ask for advice. The solution is quite simple: she must choose the path marked “lie.” In fact, if this stone points in the wrong direction, the other, the one marked “truth,” will lead her directly to safety. A logic puzzle based on contradiction!
