3-day detox cleanse: light and revitalizing soup

Ingredients :

– 1 kg of medium carrots, cut into pieces

– 2 peeled and chopped onions

– 6 cups of vegetable broth

– 3 teaspoons of grated fresh ginger

– 3 cloves of chopped garlic

– 1 cup of coconut milk

– Sea salt, black pepper and onion powder.

– 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Preparation:

– In a saucepan, put the carrot, ginger, garlic, and broth, then let it all boil.

– In a frying pan, sauté the onions in a little coconut oil until caramelized.

In a blender, add the first mixture, the caramelized onions, and the remaining coconut oil. Blend until smooth. Once the mixture is smooth and creamy, season with salt, pepper, and onion powder.

– 2 peeled sweet potatoes, cut into small pieces

– 1 peeled and chopped apple

– 1 small white onion, chopped

– 2 peeled carrots, cut into pieces

– ½ cup of red lentils, well washed

– ½ teaspoon of ground cumin

– ½ teaspoon of garlic powder

– ½ teaspoon of paprika

– 4 to 5 cups of vegetable broth

– 1 to 2 cm of grated ginger root

– Sea salt and black pepper for seasoning.

Heat the oil: In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sweet potato, carrot, apple, and onion. Sauté the vegetables for about 10 minutes, until tender and the onion begins to caramelize.
